Teaching Studio

Studio Location

My teaching studio is situated minutes from the A404, A40 and M40 in Flackwell Heath, part of High Wycombe. The studio was built in 2021 by soundproofing expert Chris Wharton and his team, enabling me to teach from home on a fully acoustic drum kit for the best student experience.

 

If you're dropping your child off for their lesson, there's plenty of parking within the development, as well as being right next to both a beautiful park and large woodland, perfect for walking the dog for half an hour while you wait!

  • Sakae Trilogy Drum Kit - 10/12/14/20

  • Various Snare Drums including Ludwig and Tama

  • Various Cymbals including Meinl Byzance, Sabian & Bosphorus

  • PA system for playing along to songs

  • TV linked to a MacBook Pro used for showing digital notation, studying drum masters and reviewing students' own performances

  • ZOOM Q4N camera for recording students for quick in-lesson feedback, GCSE/A-level coursework and virtual graded exam entries

  • MacBook Pro running Logic Pro X and moises.ai to create backing tracks of any song
